This is certainly a sign of the times. A few months ago, most of us had never heard of ZOOM. Now, it’s a part of our every day lives. At this point in time, we use ZOOM for martial arts classes, ASL classes, co-op classes, speech therapy, virtual parties, church, book club, college classes, youth group, and meetings with friends. I am swamped with ID numbers and passwords. To stay organized, I made a chart in Word to write down our ZOOM meeting schedules. It was boring to look at, so I decided to design some fun ZOOM meeting free printables for me and for you!

ZOOM ID Meeting charts
For a while, I wrote ZOOM ID numbers and passwords on sticky notes and scrap pieces of paper. I would stick them up on a bulletin board we have in our dining room (where we also do some schooling). As you can imagine, over time the board became covered with sticky notes, which would fall off and get lost.
To help me with that problem, I made a ZOOM ID meeting chart. Actually, I made three different versions of the chart just for fun. I mean, if you have to look at it multiple times a day, you might as well make it attractive, right?
I made the dog chart you see above, as well as a cactus chart
and a tea cup chart.
As you can see, there are spaces for the name of your class/event, the ID number for it, and the password.
ZOOM Meeting Schedules
In addition to your ID chart, you can download a schedule to match it. The schedules allow you to record the time and the day of the week for your meetings. The schedules match the ID charts as you can see below:
How to use your ZOOM meeting free printables
I would advise you to place your schedules in sheet protectors. Heavy duty protectors such as these are a good choice. The holes in the side are helpful to hang the horizontal schedules. Don’t waste your time on Dollar Tree sheet protectors. They are very flimsy.
If you want to hang them, but don’t have a bulletin board (I got mine at Walmart) and don’t want to put holes in your wall, you can use these poster strips.
You will also want to use an ultra fine tip dry erase marker if you are putting the forms in a sheet protector. I’m not sure where I got mine, but these would do the trick.
All the forms are located in my Free Resource Library. Just sign up below.
